Key Responsibilities
- Partner with business stakeholders across Marketing, Sales, and Technology teams to gather and document requirements.
- Translate business needs into functional specifications and system enhancements.
- Support and optimize marketing and sales technology platforms used to drive customer engagement and pipeline growth.
- Facilitate communication between technical teams and business users to ensure solutions meet operational needs.
- Assist with system configuration, testing, and implementation of new features or tools.
- Document workflows, system processes, and best practices.
- Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency through better use of technology and data.
- 3-7 years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst, Business Analyst, or similar role.
- Experience supporting Marketing Technology or Sales Technology platforms (CRM, marketing automation, lead management, etc.).
- Background working within financial services, insurance, or other regulated industries preferred.
- Experience supporting B2B marketing or sales organizations.
- Strong requirements gathering and stakeholder communication skills.
- Ability to translate business requirements into functional and technical documentation.
- Hybrid role based in Waltham, MA
- Must be able to commute onsite at least one day per week
