Duties
As a Compliance Analyst, you will:
- Conduct comprehensive contractor performance assessments
- Ensure contractual compliance and financial oversight
- Conduct detailed financial and sales data reconciliation
- Document findings and provide corrective actions and recommendations
- Serve as a post-award contract management subject matter expert
- Contribute to organizational improvement and accountability
- Facilitate strategic and high-level issue resolution
Conditions of employment

- Meet all eligibility criteria within 30 days of the closing date
- Meet time-in-grade within 30 days of the closing date, if applicable

- In addition to sedentary office activities, assignments also regularly require extended periods of walking, standing and stooping to observe and study work operations in an industrial or comparable work area, and may also include lifting and movement of materials between 25 - 50 pounds).
- In addition to a conventional Federal building/office setting, work sites, on occasion, may include warehouses, federal prisons, military installations, hospitals, testing laboratories and supplier manufacturing and storage areas, under a variety of climatic conditions. Some assignments, on occasion, require visits to manufacturing and other industrial areas involving moderate risks or discomforts, including exposure to dangerous production processes, equipment and machinery; in these instances the mandatory use of protective eyewear and safety equipment will be required.
