Solar Technician
Location: Minneapolis, MN
Support the operation and performance of utility-scale solar projects with a leading renewable energy contractor.
GS2 is partnered with a high-growth solar and storage EPC in the search for a Solar Technician to join their expanding O&M team in Minnesota. This is a hands-on role, working directly on large-scale projects at the forefront of the clean energy transition.

What You’ll Do as the Solar Technician:
- Inspect, test, and maintain solar assets to ensure peak performance
- Troubleshoot and repair electrical and mechanical systems
- Operate and update systems including inverters, relays, and SCADA
- Conduct site safety assessments and complete compliance documentation
- Support subcontractors and participate in on-call rotation for site issues
What You Bring:
- Electrical background (Electrician or Electrical Technician training)
- Strong hands-on electrical and mechanical aptitude
- Valid driver’s license
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
