A leading EPC firm in the renewable energy space is seeking a strategic Sales Director to drive its growth strategy for utility-scale renewable projects, with a core focus on Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS), across North America. This is a key leadership position designed to capitalize on the rapidly expanding market and solidify the company's footprint as a top-tier EPC provider in the region.

- Lead the Commercial Strategy: Develop and execute the commercial strategy to increase market share and profitability for the EPC division across the United States.
- Secure Landmark Projects: Identify, qualify, and win new utility and developer clients for large-scale EPC contracts covering BESS, Solar PV, hybrid installations, and next-generation clean energy infrastructure. Manage relationships from initial engagement to securing the final notice to proceed.
- Build and Mentor a Team: Lead, coach, and expand a high-performing business development and sales team, fostering a culture of ambition and success in securing complex EPC mandates.
- Be an Industry Ambassador: Act as a key representative for a forward-thinking EPC at the heart of the energy transition, leveraging a proven track record of safe and successful project delivery.
What You'll Bring:
- A strong background in selling utility-scale EPC services (Solar PV and/or BESS).
- Proven experience managing and developing successful regional or national sales teams in an EPC environment.
- In depth understanding of the US utility scale renewable markets, including key developers, utility procurement processes, policy, and regional dynamics affecting EPC demand, with a working knowledge of complex EV grid integration projects being a strong plus.
- An established network of contacts within the utility and Independent Power Producer (IPP) sector for large scale renewable EPC opportunities is essential.
