What are the responsibilities and job description for the End User Support Lead position at GS Labs?
This position will be on-site in Melrose, MA 02176
Responsibilities:
- Manage the day-to-day desktop support function at the required location(s).
- Assign incident and request tickets to the desktop techs.
- Handle ticket escalations from users, managers, and the site director.
- Ticket quality control management.
- Prepare weekly and monthly reports.
- Lead small site projects (user moves, new equipment deployment, etc.)
- Customer relationship management - local supervisors, department managers.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $65,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
