Job Description
We are hiring an experienced FedEx BC for a new operation in Fayetteville, Arkansas.
This is a leadership role for someone who already understands FedEx contractor operations and can help manage daily execution from day one. This is not an entry-level position.
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily dispatch and route execution
- Manage driver performance, attendance, and accountability
- Support service, pickup, and safety performance
- Help train, coach, and develop drivers
- Solve operational issues quickly and professionally
Qualifications
- Prior experience as a FedEx BC required
- Strong knowledge of dispatch, route planning, pickups, and service
- Experience managing drivers in a fast-paced delivery environment
- Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
- Organized, dependable, and safety-focused
