Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an HSE (Health, Safety, and Environment) Instructor, based in Midland, TX. The Instructor will be responsible for conducting comprehensive safety training programs, including MFA/CPR, H2S and Equipment training, for oil and gas industry professionals. The role includes developing and delivering curriculum, ensuring compliance with applicable safety standards, and fostering a culture of safety. The HSE Instructor will also communicate safety protocols effectively and provide necessary certifications after training completion, ensuring participants gain the skills to maintain a safe working environment.
Qualifications
- Expertise in Health & Safety standards and practices
- Current instructor certifications in MFA/CPR and PEC course.
- Strong Communication and interpersonal skills for effective training delivery
- Proven experience in conducting training and safety training sessions
- Familiarity with oil and gas industry safety requirements and best practices
- Proficiency in using training tools and resources effectively
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent professional experience is preferred
