Senior Estimator - Electrical Construction | (Remote, Southeast US)

We are seeking an experienced professional to lead the preparation of comprehensive, accurate budget estimates and hard-bid proposals for large-scale electrical construction projects in the Southeast region.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the full estimation process for large-scale commercial and industrial electrical projects
- Prepare detailed, accurate material and labor take-offs utilizing advanced estimating software (e.g., Accubid, ConEst)
- Analyze project blueprints, specifications, and RFP documents to identify risks and value-engineering opportunities
- Collaborate with vendors, manufacturers, and subcontractors to secure competitive pricing
- Present finalized estimates and proposal strategies to executive leadership and clients
Requirements
- 8 years of electrical estimating experience, with a focus on large-scale commercial or industrial projects
- Strong proficiency with industry-standard electrical estimating software and digital take-off tools
- Based within the Southeast US region with the ability to work effectively in a remote setup
- Deep understanding of national electrical codes (NEC), construction methods, and market pricing factors
- Excellent analytical, communication, and time-management skills
