What are the responsibilities and job description for the Marketing Assistant position at GRY Marketing?
Hiring: Experienced Digital Marketing Assistant ONLY – Marketing Agency
Work directly with me and/ or Live Zoom required | 6–10 hours per day
Please apply ONLY if you have real, hands-on experience in digital marketing.
This is NOT an entry-level or admin role.
Mandatory Requirements (do not apply if you don’t meet them):
- Proven experience managing social media accounts for clients
- Hands-on graphic design experience (Canva / Photoshop required)
- Experience editing Reels / short-form videos
- Proven experience managing paid campaigns for the U.S. market (Meta & Google Ads)
- High-level English (spoken & written)
- Availability to work live on/or Zoom in real time
- Ability to commit 6–10 hours per day
- Highly organized, deadline-driven, able to work fast
Role Includes:
- Daily live work with me on Zoom
- Social media management & content creation
- Graphic creatives & reels editing
- Setting up, managing, and optimizing paid ad campaigns (U.S.)
- Client coordination and performance tracking
- Task management and execution
- Not suitable for entry-level candidates
- Not suitable for flexible-hour seekers
