About the role
Los Angeles–based creative entrepreneur and founder of an immersive media company, looking for a high-trust, highly organized part-time assistant to support both business operations and personal logistics.
This is a hybrid role: some in-person support (errands, personal logistics, creative studio and Airbnb coordination) and some remote work (email, calendar, follow-ups, social posting).
The goal of this role is simple: help provide support across personal life and business more smoothly.

Responsibilities
Business & Operations
• Manage calendar, scheduling, and reminders
• Organize inbox, draft responses, and flag priorities
• Track follow-ups and outreach
• Support with social media posting and light blogging and website copy
• Coordinate meetings, calls, and ongoing projects
Personal & Logistics
• Coordinate personal task (on scheduled days)
• Ordering and manage errands
• Personal and business travel planning
• Support Studio and Airbnb property management (guest messages, cleaners, restocking, scheduling)
• Act as a point person for vendors and logistics
