What are the responsibilities and job description for the Journeymen Pipefitters Needed - Per Diem position at GRUS Construction?

Journeyman Pipefitters needed for multiple industrial process piping projects in Tampa, FL and travelling. This is a traveling position, you must have reliable means of transportation. You must be willing to work up to 70 hours a week. Your duties will include fitting 2" - 4" schedule 60/80 carbon pipe and flanges, threading piping 1" or smaller, and tack welding using stick, along with demo old equipment and installing new machines. Project manager will give you point a to point b, but you must be able to do your own layout and work from drawings and schematics. You must bring your own layout tools like square, levels, two holes, grinders, wrap around, welding hood, and appropriate welding attire. You may be required to pass a pre-employment drug and background screening upon arrival.
Paying up to $37/hr
$150/day per diem paid 7 days/week
60-70 hours/week
6 month duration
