Reading and Writing Educators for Elementary School
Grupology provides engaging learning experiences to excite and support young learners.
We are currently looking for writing educators who are available onsite at our Burlingame or San Mateo locations to teach a class and/or tutor individual students, primarily between the hours of 2pm and 6pm.

Responsibilities
- Teach or tutor elementary school students in reading and writing
- Work with students in one-to-one or group setting
- Recognize students’ unique learning styles and preferences, and support students who have learning differences such as dyslexia and dysgraphia
- Actively motivate students to learn the material and complete assignments
- Review homework, track progress, and ensure comprehension of the concepts covered
- Collaborate effectively with educators and other team members on curriculum development and delivery
- Embrace teamwork in a small business and entrepreneurial environment
Requirements and Skills
- This is an onsite position. Only local candidates will be considered.

- Must have prior experience teaching reading and writing to elementary school children and supporting their learning and development.
- Background in education, teaching or related field. Bachelor's degree required.
- Subject matter expertise required. Reading specialists encouraged to apply.
