Core responsibilities
- Analyze procurement datasets to reveal savings opportunities and streamline processes.
- Own SAP procurement data integrity—update, audit, and sustain accurate records.
- Coordinate with suppliers and internal stakeholders to negotiate favorable terms.
- Balance inventory and demand forecasts to ensure timely replenishment.
- Develop dashboards, reports, and executive-ready presentations on purchasing metrics.
- Help draft and implement purchasing policies, procedures, and best practices.
- Contribute to cross-functional projects that depend on effective sourcing and materials planning.
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
- Demonstrated experience in purchasing/procurement; manufacturing exposure preferred.
- Proficiency in SAP and complementary procurement applications.
- Data-driven problem solver with sharp analytical judgment.
- Skilled communicator with strong negotiation ability.
- Detail-focused, organized, and methodical.
- Thrives both independently and on teams in fast-moving settings.
