- Auditing processes hourly and inspecting first-run samples for compliance.
- Exactingly applying and reviewing quality policies.
- Mastering the interpretation of blueprints and adhering to precision standards.
- Instrumental in training teams and addressing potential quality deviations.
- Leveraging collaborative solutions to overcome technical challenges.
- Leading corrective actions by partnering with management and addressing customer concerns.
- Completion of high school or equivalency certification plus relevant experience.
- Proficiency with MS Office products—particularly Word and Excel—is crucial.
- Savvy in statistical processes and quality-related methodologies.
- Familiarity with testing in contexts such as injection molding and NSF/ASTM is an asset.
