Role Description
This is a full-time remote position for a Spanish Interpreter. The Spanish Interpreter will facilitate clear and accurate communication between Spanish and English-speaking individuals through interpretation. Key responsibilities include interpreting verbal and written communications, ensuring cultural and linguistic accuracy, and providing a seamless experience for both parties. The role also involves handling inquiries professionally and maintaining customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Fluent proficiency in both Spanish and English for verbal and written communication
- Strong interpretation and translation skills with a focus on cultural sensitivity and accuracy
- Customer service and communication skills, with experience handling inquiries professionally
- Detail-oriented with excellent listening, note-taking, and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and adapt to a dynamic work environment
- Familiarity with remote work tools, such as video conferencing and customer service platforms
- Previous experience in interpretation, customer service, or related fields is preferred
- Bachelor’s degree in Translation, Linguistics, Communications, or a related field is a plus
