Responsibilities:
- Greet customers as they enter the cafe
- Receive and process payments (cash, credit, and gift cards)
- Accurately answer customer questions regarding menu and drink differences
- Educating customers on La Jefa signature coffee & Sisters Coffee blends
- Multitasking; take orders with perfect accuracy & correctly write order on cups
- Moving 30 lb furniture for opening and closing shifts
- Basic cleaning; washing dishes, proper sanitation, sweeping and mopping, etc.
- Proper time management and transportation
Skills:
- Fantastic customer service and communication skills
- Ability to interact organically with customers and recommend drinks based on their questions and preferences
- Flexibility to work various shifts within reason
- Knowledge of California Health Safety regulations
- Bilingual preferred although not necessary
- Familiar with espresso bar, tamping, steaming milk, etc.

Pay: $16.90 - $26.90 per hour
Expected hours: 8 – 12 per week
