Overview
Join our dynamic team as a Tactical Network Transport Instructor, where you will provide foundational Tactical Network Transport instruction in classroom, laboratory, and hands-on training environments. Instructors will deliver technical training on Department of War tactical communications systems, networking fundamentals, and system troubleshooting using TRADOC-compliant adult learning methodologies.
Duties
- Develop and deliver comprehensive training programs on tactical network transport systems.
- Conduct hands-on instruction and practical exercises to enhance students’ technical skills and operational understanding.
- Evaluate trainee performance through assessments, practical demonstrations, and feedback sessions to ensure mastery of key concepts.
- Maintain detailed training records, attendance logs, and certification documentation for all participants.
- Stay current with evolving technology trends and incorporate new methodologies into training curricula to ensure relevance and effectiveness.
- Assist in the design and continuous improvement of training materials, manuals, and instructional aids.
- Support trainees during real-world field exercises by providing technical guidance and troubleshooting assistance.
Qualification Requirements
1.1. At least an Associate’s degree in a technical or business discipline
OR
At least 4 years of equivalent instructional experience
AND
1.2. At least 2 years of DoW/DoD technical instruction experience
OR
3 years of recent hands-on support to DoW/DoD tactical communications networks
Certification Requirements
Possess a current certification aligned to TNT systems ( CompTIA Network , Security , CCNA Routing and Switching, VMware Certified Professional or other Government-approved equivalents)
Other Requirements
Possess a current Secret-level clearance or higher
AND
Being able to complete TRADOC-approved instructor qualification courses (ABIC, FIFC, CFD-IC, or equivalent)
Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Pay: $60,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
