Key Responsibilities
- Take the lead in conducting comprehensive functional assessments and meticulously designing data-driven, individualized treatment plans.
- Provide robust, consistent mentorship and direct clinical supervision to Behavior Technicians (BTs) and Program Supervisors within the team.
- Deliver effective parent training sessions to ensure treatment fidelity and maintain the highest standards of clinical quality.
- Consistently maintain a weekly objective of 30 billable clinical hours.
- Engage actively in a team or "pod" model to support peers, promoting professional consistency and collaboration across client cases.
- Contribute valuable insights and effort to ongoing staff training initiatives, Quality Assurance (QA) processes, and the development of clinical curriculum.
Requirements
- Education: A Master’s degree is required, preferably in Applied Behavior Analysis or a closely related field of study.
- Certification: Must hold a current and active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification.
- Experience: Demonstrated professional experience working with individuals diagnosed with autism spectrum disorder and various developmental needs.
- Technical Proficiency: Comfortable and skilled in utilizing contemporary technology for clinical operations, including iPads, electronic data collection systems, and scheduling platforms.
- Compliance: Successful completion of a background check, and ability to provide current documentation for a TB test and immunization records.
Preferred Qualifications
- Proficiency in the Spanish language is considered a valuable asset.
