Administrative Assistant opening in busy special education office. Twelve-month contract. Looking for a team player who is friendly and outgoing. Individual must be proficient in using the Microsoft Office Suite, able to multi-task and take on additional duties as assigned. Responsibilties
Ability to multi task and prioritize
Answer incoming phone calls and emails in a timely and professional manner
Assist supervisors with projects
Maintain filing systems
Capable of maintaining confidentiality
Work cooperatively with others to maintain efficient office environment
Maintaining spreadsheets, organizing billing, interacting with member school districts, and other office duties as assigned.
