What you will be doing

Your main responsibilities include:
- Develop and execute production and supply plans aligned with demand, capacity, and material availability, leading daily scheduling to reflect operational priorities
- Monitor and manage exceptions such as material shortages, delays, and quality issues, driving timely recovery actions to maintain plan stability
- Maintain optimal inventory levels in close alignment with the Master Planner, ensuring material availability and system accuracy
- Drive strong customer focus by ensuring high on-time delivery performance across key metrics (OTTR / COTTR / ASOT)
- Collaborate closely with production, procurement, logistics, and cross-functional teams, providing clear and timely support
- Identify and contribute to digitalization and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and supply chain performance
Above all, you are a results-driven planner with strong analytical skills, a continuous improvement mindset, and the ability to influence cross-functional teams in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. We would also imagine that you have:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Business, or equivalent work experience
- 2–4 years of experience in supply chain, production planning, or scheduling roles within manufacturing or industrial environments
- Solid knowledge of planning and scheduling processes including MRP, MPS, and production scheduling
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to make data-driven decisions and manage multiple priorities
- Experience working with SAP or similar ERP systems
- Track record of driving continuous improvement and process optimization initiatives
- Experience influencing and collaborating with cross-functional teams without direct authority
