- Define the strategic direction and long-term roadmap for digital offerings in close collaboration with application teams and other stakeholders to support our application strategies
- Prioritize the development backlog for our digital offerings in alignment with internal and external stakeholders
- Drive and support customer engagement to define clear stakeholder requirements for features and offerings
- Support marketing, training, and external communication related to our digital offerings
- Strategically drive cross-functional partnerships to deliver digital solutions aligned with business objectives and quality standards
- Lead divisional transformation by enabling new business models and digitally enabled services that solve customer pain points
- Foster a culture of innovation and collaboration that accelerates digital maturity and market responsiveness
We’re looking for a strategic leader with a strong commercial mindset and a passion for digital and water. - Master’s degree in engineering or similar.
- Proven experience in leading digital portfolios in a complex, global organization, preferably with P&L responsibility.

- Lives a customer-centric approach - and familiarity with the water industry is a plus.
