Landscaper Supplemental Pay:
- Bonus Program
- $2000 Sign on Bonus
Grunder Landscaping Team Member duties.
- planting (perennials, shrubs, trees, and grasses)
- weeding, digging, spreading topsoil and other materials, general lawn maintenance, seasonal lawn preparation (Fall-Spring clean-up)
- hardscape construction for residential and commercial clients (digging holes and trenches, excavating for hardscaping features, and hauling or spreading topsoil, gravel, sand, mulch, or other materials)
- apply landscaping products and treatments under the direction of a licensed commercial applicator.
Landscaper Requirements:
- Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record to meet fleet insurance standards
- High School Diploma or GED
- 90 days’ experience in horticulture or landscaping
- Ability to work weekends and overtime hours as needed.
Salary : $19 - $22
