Job Responsibilities
- Accept inbound calls from and place outbound calls to current and prospective clients to facilitate bankruptcy trust claim processing.
- Process inbound/outbound mail from and to current and prospective clients to facilitate bankruptcy trust claim processing.
- Accurately update client files in the Firm’s system of record.
- Complete other projects as assigned by Firm’s leadership team.
