Key Responsibilities
- Answer and manage incoming phone calls with professionalism and courtesy
- Schedule vehicle inspections and doctor appointments
- Draft compelling demand letters
- Screen new cases
- Negotiate liens effectively
- Obtain medical records and bills from healthcare providers
- Maintain and organize office files
Areas of Practice
- Personal Injury
- Property Damage
Qualifications
- Experience: A minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in a legal setting is required
- Skills: Strong organizational and multitasking abilities; excellent communication skills
- Language Skills: Fluency in Spanish or Armenian is a plus but not required
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $22.00 - $25.00 per hour
Expected hours: 30 – 40 per week
