The Grumpy Monk Carolina Forest is looking for a highly motivated and hardworking individual for the position of Dishwasher. Dishwashers will maintain the cleanliness and hygiene of a high-volume and fast-paced kitchen. Compensation for this position includes an hourly rate.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Answer, report and follow kitchen manager or culinary manager’s instructions and training guidelines.
- Optimize the dishwashing process with an organized system for handling high-volume.
- Manage the use of proper dish chemicals in accordance with sanitation standards.
- Stock cleaning supplies.
- Maintain proper temperatures and PH levels in Dish and Triple Sink Area.
- Understand the use for all equipment and proper procedures to follow when equipment is not functioning properly.
- Manage end-of-day/shift clean up for workspace with exceptional attention to detail.
- Maintain a positive and professional approach with coworkers and customers.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $14.00 - $15.00 per hour
