Job Title: General Manager

Compensation: $45,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
Schedule: Day Shift - Morning start time
Principle Tasks
Working with employees
Scheduling
Creating job estimates
Use of various small engine equipment
Driving truck and trailer combination
Utilizing software and spreadsheets
Requirements
Class D or higher drivers license
Passing background check, including criminal, motor vehicle record and drug testing
Ability to be on your feet and walking most of the day
Ability to maintain records
Ability to promote sales
Goal oriented and good work ethics
Ability to interact with customers
The ability to work well independently and with others
Capable of completing minor repairs on small engine equipment
Physical Demands
Maintain emotional control under stress
Frequent standing, crouching, bending, kneeling, pushing and pulling
The ability to lift up to 50 lbs

We provide services including, but not limited to, mowing, trimming, yard clean up, basic gardening, weeding, snow removal & ice removal
