Job Title: Media Buyer
Location: Nashville / Dickson, TN (In-Person) Compensation: $50,000 - $60,000 Base Uncapped Commission
The Mission
We aren’t looking for a "set it and forget it" advertiser. We need a high-level Media Buyer to fuel a thriving community of 400 members and provide elite service to our members. You’ll be responsible for managing high-volume traffic, optimizing for ROI, and directly impacting the bottom line of both our brand and our individual partners.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Managing our Brand: You’ll be responsible for deploying and optimizing ad spend exceeding $3,000/day across Meta for our internal brand.
- Managing Members: You will manage accounts for members inside of our community. Ad spend could range from $20/day to $3,000 .
- Data Storytelling: You’ll turn complex spreadsheets into clear, actionable insights for the team and our members.
Who You Are
- The High-Stakes Pro: You have a proven track record of managing at least $1k in daily ad spend. You don't blink when the daily budget has three zeros at the end of it.
- Local to Middle Tennessee: You are based in or near the Nashville/Dickson area. We value the energy of in-person collaboration.
- The Architect: You understand the entire funnel—from the first hook in the creative to the final conversion on the landing page.
- Entrepreneurial Mindset: You see the 400 member community not just as extra work, but as a path to a six-figure income.
The Payoff
- Base Salary: $50,000 - $60,000.
- Commission Structure: Earn a monthly commission for every member managed. With hundreds of opportunities currently available, your OTE (On-Target Earnings) has the potential to exceed well over $100,000 annually.
