Gruber Law Offices is currently seeking a self-motivated, detail-oriented Accounting Assistant to support our Senior Accountant and assist with daily Firm accounting operations in accordance with established procedures and best practices. This role plays a vital part in maintaining accurate financial records, verifying data, and processing accounting-related transactions. This position handles a variety of essential duties including invoice processing, bank reconciliations, vendor management, and data entry. The ideal candidate is organized, flexible, and can work independently in a fast-paced environment.
Associates degree in accounting or business-related field required OR 2 years of related work experience in accounting, banking, bookkeeping, or accounts payable.
