- Previous experience in automotive parts management or a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of automotive parts and accessories.
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in inventory management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Leadership abilities with a focus on team building and employee development.
- Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy and efficiency.
- Valid driver license in the state that you will work and a good driving record
