Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate daily activities of construction crews on-site to ensure project milestones are met.
- Review blueprints, schematics, and project plans to understand specifications and requirements.
- Implement quality control measures to ensure compliance with safety regulations and contract specifications.
- Utilize software tools such as Bluebeam and ProCore for project management and documentation.
- Schedule and manage resources effectively to optimize workflow and productivity.
- Conduct regular inspections of work performed to ensure adherence to quality standards.
- Communicate with project managers, subcontractors, and clients regarding project progress and any issues that arise.
- Train and mentor team members in best practices for construction techniques and safety protocols.
Skills
- Proven experience as a Foreman in the construction industry.
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, including contract management and project scheduling.
- Proficiency in reading blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings.
- Familiarity with software such as Bluebeam, ProCore, and HeavyBid is preferred.
