SUMMARY
Responsible for providing cleaning and maintenance services including weekends and evenings.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Performs general cleaning duties in and around Bus Shelters
- Provides an inspection sheet daily to the Foreman documenting work left uncleaned/out of order from previous shift.
- Sweeps daily.
- Empty trash (2x daily).
- All areas are checked daily to ensure that items, such as glass, lights, trash bins, concrete floors, etc. are free from defects and/or debris.
- Power wash area when required.
- Must be able to work independently.
- Must be able to work in a variety of weather conditions.
- Must be able to provide quality-cleaning services.

None.
QUALIFICATIONS.

Education and/or Experience
- High school education and/or equivalent required.
- Valid Virginia Driver’s License required.
- Power washing experience preferred.
