Maintenance Generalist

Summary: The Maintenance Generalist is responsible for basic maintenance tasks, including lubrication, cleaning, minor facility repairs, and groundskeeping. This role is foundational to the smooth operation of the plant and supports higher-level maintenance staff.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform routine oiling, greasing, and lubrication of machinery and equipment.
- Conduct basic building maintenance (painting, minor repairs, cleaning).
- Maintain facility grounds (mowing, landscaping, snow removal, etc.).
- Assist with general housekeeping and organization of maintenance areas.
- Support other maintenance staff as needed.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Ability to use basic hand and power tools.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Willingness to learn and follow safety protocols.
