Position Overview:
As an Enrollment Agent at Debt Assistance Center, you will be responsible for assisting individuals seeking debt relief by enrolling them into our debt settlement programs. You will serve as a knowledgeable and empathetic point of contact for prospective clients, helping them understand their options and guiding them through the enrollment process.
Essential Functions
- Client Consultation: Conduct thorough consultations with prospective clients to assess their financial situation, understand their debt issues, and explain our debt settlement programs.
- Education and Guidance: Provide clear and comprehensive information about the debt settlement process, including potential benefits and risks, to help clients make informed decisions.
- Enrollment Process: Assist clients in completing the enrollment paperwork accurately and efficiently, ensuring all necessary documentation is obtained.
- Compliance: Adhere to all regulatory and compliance guidelines to ensure that the enrollment process is conducted ethically and within legal boundaries.
- Client Advocacy: Act as a liaison between clients and the negotiation team, advocating for the best possible outcomes for clients while maintaining transparency and communication throughout the process.
- Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries, concerns, and issues promptly and professionally.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate and organized client records, including enrollment forms, financial statements, and communication logs.
- Team Collaboration: Collaborate with leaders, other team members, and customer support, to ensure a seamless and efficient client experience.
Qualifications and Skills
- High School Diploma combined with work experience or College Degree
- Strong active listening skills with the ability to understand and influence
- Ability to receive constructive criticism
- Experience effectively managing Salesforce is preferred
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to multitask and exhibit quality work in a fast paced environment
Job Type: Full-time
Compensation:
- Base salary per month plus unlimited commission

Experience:
Customer support: 1 year (Required)
