What we are looking for:
Strong background in facilities or property maintenance
Knowledge of maintenance best practices
Excellent customer service skills. You will interact with residents, property manager, vendors and staff regularly
A proactive, dependable, and team-oriented attitude
Position Details:
rate $25 based on experience
Schedule Monday-Friday 40 hour a week Please submit a current resume with job skills **
On call Saturday and Sundays.
What you will do :
Perform day to day maintenance and repairs across community facilities and common areas
If needed handle drywall repair, irrigation fixes, drain cleaning, light painting, filter changes and lighting maintenance
Troubleshoot issues effectively and ensure timely resolution
Conduct routine property inspections to identify and prevent problems
Coordinate with licensed vendors when specialized work is required
Follow maintenance schedules and prioritize tasks effectively
Ensure all work is completed safely and up to standard
