Duties
- Lead and supervise construction projects, ensuring adherence to schedules, budgets, and quality standards using construction management software such as ProCore, Primavera P6, and HeavyBid.
- Develop detailed project plans, including scope, timelines, resource allocation, and cost estimates utilizing blueprints, schematics, and construction estimating tools.
- Manage contracts with clients, subcontractors, vendors, and suppliers to ensure clear communication and compliance with project specifications.
- Oversee construction site activities by supervising onsite teams, coordinating subcontractors, and ensuring safety protocols are strictly followed in accordance with OSHA standards.
- Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, quality control measures, safety compliance, and adherence to blueprints and schematics.
- Utilize tools such as Ohmmeter for electrical testing and ensure proper use of construction site equipment.
- Prepare comprehensive reports on project status, risks, change orders, and budget updates for stakeholders.
- Implement project scheduling strategies to optimize workflow and resource utilization while managing potential delays proactively.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in construction management with a strong background in supervising large-scale projects.
- Proficiency in construction management software including ProCore, Bluebeam, Primavera P6, Primavera P6 Enterprise Project Portfolio Management (EPPM), HeavyBid or equivalent tools.
- Extensive knowledge of contracts management, budgeting processes, blueprint reading, schematics interpretation, and construction estimating.
- Strong understanding of OSHA safety regulations and experience implementing safety programs on construction sites.
- Hands-on construction site experience with the ability to read technical drawings and schematics accurately.
- Demonstrated project scheduling expertise with the ability to coordinate multiple tasks efficiently.
- Supervising experience with excellent management skills to lead diverse teams effectively.
