Position Title: Production Team Member

Objectives & Responsibilities:
- Be flexible to fill any position that is needed for that day. This can include Fill Room, Pre-Mix, Assembly, Receiving, Fulfillment, Sanitation. Your knowledge in all areas is vital to this position.
- Be in tuned to the flow of production and prioritize responsibilities towards anything that will support the flow of production.
- Be available to assist with any and all Blow Outs, Dry Cleans, Wet Cleans, Changeovers to support the minimum amount of downtime.
- Work closely with all Leads and Report to Shift Supervisor to maximize production.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Must be a team player and willing to take direction from management and crew leader.
- Required to wear PPE and comply with all GMP guidelines.
- Reliable and keep commitments.
- Lifting of 20 lbs. may be required.
- All positions require standing throughout the shift.
- May be subjected to powder particles in the air.
- Must be able to work in an allergen (exposure to nuts) environment.
- Must be able to pass a criminal background check
