Who we are

Growve is the parent company of Vitauthority and Sunwarrior. We build supplements and wellness products for women who take their health seriously. Our content runs on Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook, and a lot of it goes behind ad spend.

We need someone who can turn a couple of shoots a week into a month of content that stops the scroll.

The role

This is a part-time contract role. We'll need you in house once or twice a week to shoot, with the rest of your time going to editing and pitching ideas. Our in-house editors will help on post, so you can make more and grind less.

We're not chasing cinema. We want good content that ships on time and works. A great edit that shows up two weeks late does nothing for us. A solid one that's live tomorrow does a lot.

What you'll do

• Shoot UGC-style content that looks and feels like a real customer filmed it.
• Shoot EGC (employee-generated content) with our team: behind the scenes, day in the life, "what we actually take," and founder or team stories.
• Bring your own ideas. If you saw a format blowing up this morning, we want to hear how you'd run it for our brands.
• Shoot video and photo for both brands: talking head, product, lifestyle, and routines.
• Edit vertical-first. Build each piece for the platform it's going on.
• Cut ad variations from the same footage: new hooks, new lengths, new openers.
• Work with our editors and the growth team on what to make next, based on what the numbers say.
• Keep the footage library organized so anyone can find and reuse clips.

What we're looking for

• You can shoot AND edit. Video and photo both.
• You're obsessed with social. You know what's trending this week, and you know why one hook holds and another one gets skipped.
• You know our audience. Women scrolling on their lunch break, between kid pickups, or before bed. You know what makes them stop, and what makes them roll their eyes.
• You understand the difference between organic content and ad creative. Bonus points if your work has run as paid ads.
• You come with ideas, not just a camera.
• You're honest about timelines and you hit them.
• You want to be part of the team, not treat us like one more client in the queue.

Nice to have

• Experience with supplement, beauty, wellness, or fitness brands.
• Comfortable directing team members and talent on camera, especially people who aren't used to being filmed.
• Basic knowledge of ad metrics (hook rate, hold rate, CTR).
• Your own camera gear.

Pay

Starting at $2,500 per month retainer. We'll do a 90-day review, and the rate is on the table based on output, quality, and how the content performs.
