Support AutoCAD and shop drawing updates under direction of senior engineering and project leadershipPrepare and update drawings for complex structural projectsReview and track RFIs throughout the project lifecycleMonitor schedules to ensure the project stays on timeConduct regular job walks and field visits (1–2 days per week) to verify progress and resolve issuesManage project budgets and track costsCoordinate materials and deliveries to ensure on-time arrival at job sitesAssist with field coordination and problem-solvingComplete project close-out activities including final job walks, documentation, and project reviewYou will work in the office and visit job sites throughout Northern California (plan for 1-2 days a week in the field). Project Manager – You Have (Required Skills, Experience & Team Fit)You have:A strong background managing complex construction or structural concrete projects, from drawings through field executionPrior experience working with AutoCAD and Revit softwareThe ability to coordinate engineering, field teams, schedules, materials, and budgets with accuracy and ownershipA mindset aligned with a smaller, closely held company — you prefer direct access to decision makers, no corporate politics, and the ability to move quicklyYou might have (desired, not required):Civil Engineering or Construction Management background (degree or field experience—either is valued)Hands-on field experience in structural high rise concrete work / form work / build in the air Prior experience working with a GC in structural concrete EIT, with a desire to get your Professional Engineer stamp (we can help!) Project Manager – Benefits for YouYour compensation will be $120,000 to $160,000 base salary, depending on your experience level. Plus incentive profit share bonus.
