Position Description
We’re excited to add a new Operator/Packer position to the GrowthSpoke team! This is a two person
team role responsible for efficiently filling and sealing product bags to meet daily production goals. If you’re detail-oriented, enjoy hands-on work, and take pride in accuracy and consistency, this could be the perfect fit.
Position Responsibilities
- Fill muslin bags with ground materials using a filling machine.
- Place two filled bags into a package.
- Use a band sealer to securely seal each package.
- Collaborate closely with your packing partner to maintain smooth workflow and communication.
- Meet or exceed daily production quotas while maintaining quality standards.
Position Requirements
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Ability to work quickly and efficiently with repetitive tasks.
- Reliable attendance and a positive team oriented attitude.
- Previous manufacturing or packaging experience is a plus but not required.
Physical Requirements
- Work may be performed standing or seated.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
- Comfortable working with strongly scented materials.
