Essential Job Functions
- Developing industry, market sector and company research and analysis
- Preparing company presentations and other client materials
- Developing financial and valuation models
- Interfacing with clients on a regular basis
- Conducting due diligence for the firm’s clients
- Managing transactions (M&A, valuations, private placements) and supporting senior deal team
Prerequisites & Qualifications
- BA/BS degree from a top tier university is preferred
- Record of academic excellence with proven leadership ability
- Demonstrated interest in and knowledge of technology and finance
- Strong proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel & PowerPoint)
- Excellent interpersonal skills and a desire to work in a team-oriented environment
- Strong client focus and relationship management skills
- Familiarity with financial statements, spreadsheets, and accounting
- Strong analytical and communication skills, both written and verbal
- Resourcefulness, energy, attention to detail and the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
