About the Role:
We are launching a new Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) program within an established nonprofit organization in Massachusetts and are seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to serve as a Clinical Director.
This is a unique opportunity to be involved in building a high-quality ABA program from the ground up, with flexibility during the startup phase and strong potential for growth into a larger leadership role as the caseload develops.
Responsibilities:
- Participate in insurance and MassHealth credentialing as the supervising BCBA
- Provide clinical oversight and ensure compliance with ABA standards and payer requirements
- Develop and review treatment plans and clinical protocols
- Supervise and support BTs/RBTs as services begin
- Assist in establishing clinical policies, procedures, and documentation systems
- Provide parent training and consultation as needed
- Collaborate on program development and growth strategy
Qualifications:
- Active BCBA certification (required)
- Active Massachusetts LABA license (required or in process)
- Experience providing ABA services and clinical supervision
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a startup environment
Compensation:
- Hourly rate: $75–$90/hour (based on experience)
- Flexible, part-time hours during startup phase
