Responsibilities
· Greet and assist customers in a professional and welcoming manner
· Process sales transactions, payments, and activations accurately
· Recommend devices, plans, and accessories to meet customer needs
· Maintain product displays, store cleanliness, and inventory organization
· Meet and exceed personal and store sales goals
· Provide support with billing inquiries and basic troubleshooting
Qualifications
· Bilingual in Spanish and English preferred
· Strong communication and customer service skills
· Previous retail or cashier experience is a plus (but not required)
· Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
· Comfortable learning new technology and point-of-sale systems
· Flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays
