We are seeking a motivated Retirement Services Representative to join our independent financial services team. In this remote role, you will help individuals, families, and business owners navigate retirement planning, financial protection, and legacy planning.

No previous financial services experience is required. We provide structured onboarding, training, mentorship, and licensing guidance to help you build a successful book of business.

Key Responsibilities

• Meet with prospective and existing clients virtually via video conferencing.
• Help clients identify and prioritize their long-term financial goals.
• Educate clients on financial protection and retirement planning concepts.
• Recommend and present suitable financial solutions based on individual client needs.
• Build and maintain long-term client relationships.
• Develop business through professional networking, relationship-building, and referrals.
• Follow up with prospective and existing clients in a timely manner.
• Participate in weekly training sessions and ongoing professional development.

Compensation Details

This is a commission-based independent contractor (1099) position with no guaranteed salary or hourly wage. Earnings are directly based on individual production and performance. Additional performance incentives, bonuses, and leadership compensation are available based on eligibility.
