Marketing Support Specialist

Growth Team Strategies is looking for a highly organized and motivated Marketing Support Specialist to help support our growing consulting company.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys a combination of administrative support, marketing coordination, client communication, and sales support activities.

We work closely with business owners in the home remodeling, construction, and wood flooring industries to help them improve profitability, streamline operations, and build stronger businesses.

The Marketing Support Specialist will help organize marketing initiatives, support outreach efforts, follow up on inbound leads, and assist with day-to-day administrative coordination.

This is a part-time position working approximately 20–25 hours per week and is primarily based in our Gettysburg, PA office.

• Coordinate and organize marketing campaigns
• Support CRM and email marketing activities
• Follow up with prospective clients and inbound leads
• Assist with scheduling and appointment coordination
• Help manage social media and communication efforts
• Maintain organized records, workflows, and project tracking
• Support workshops, presentations, and business events
• Provide administrative support to the consulting team

• Comfortable using business software and technology
• Ability to manage multiple priorities
• Experience with marketing, CRM systems, or customer service is a plus
