Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement innovative sourcing strategies to attract top talent across various platforms, including job boards, university campuses, social media, networking events, and referrals.
- Proactively source, screen, and interview candidates to assess their qualifications, skills, and fit for available positions.
- Collaborate with managers to understand and develop tailored recruitment strategies.
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from initial candidate contact through offer negotiation to onboarding.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates to ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Utilize data and analytics to track recruitment metrics and identify areas for improvement.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree required.
- Experience in sales, business development, customer service, or recruitment
- Proven track record of successfully building relationships and business utilizing a variety of strategies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish relationships with candidates and managers.
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
