About Growth Signals

We’re building the future of AI-driven strategic innovation, and we’re looking for people who are excited to join us at the ground floor. As a seed-stage B2B startup, we’re on a mission to help teams accelerate discovery, validate concepts faster and scale impact across the organization, and we believe customer obsession is our unfair advantage. As an early member of our team, you’ll shape how we engage, retain, and grow our product & customers.

Our Culture

We’re builders, learners, and problem-solvers who take pride in delivering real value to our customers. We believe in fast feedback loops, radical transparency, and taking smart bets. If you’re energized by ambiguity, thrive in startup chaos, and care deeply about helping customers succeed, we’d love to hear from you.

Why Join Us

  • Be one of the first 10–20 employees at a high-potential AI startup
  • Shape not just your role, but how we build and scale
  • Competitive salary early-stage equity
  • Flexible remote-first culture
  • Opportunity to work directly with founders and shape product and customer strategy
  • Build relationships with innovative customers solving hard problems with AI

We are seeking a Senior DevOps Engineer to own and improve the systems, tooling, and workflows that power software delivery across our engineering organization. This role is centered on CI/CD, developer experience, and platform automation, with additional responsibility for supporting and improving our cloud production environment. The ideal candidate has deep experience building reliable delivery pipelines, enabling developers through internal tooling and standards, and operating production infrastructure with a focus on reliability, scalability, and operational simplicity.

Responsibilities

  • Champion DevOps best practices, including automation, monitoring, and security across the organization.
  • Build and maintain developer tooling and internal capabilities that improve engineering productivity and developer experience.
  • Design, implement, and improve CI/CD pipelines for build, test, release, and deployment workflows.
  • Identify bottlenecks in development and delivery workflows and drive measurable improvements.
  • Strengthen security practices across the software delivery lifecycle, including secrets management, access controls, and secure automation.
  • Document standards, patterns, and best practices for infrastructure and developer enablement.
  • Implement and improve observability, logging, alerting, and performance monitoring across systems and services.
  • Contribute to cloud architecture decisions with a focus on scalability, reliability, cost, and operational simplicity.

Required Qualifications

  • 5 years of experience in DevOps, Site Reliability Engineering, Platform Engineering, or related roles.
  • Strong experience building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines in modern engineering environments.
  • Proficiency with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and modern SaaS architectures.
  • Hands-on experience implementing developer tooling, automation, and platform enablement.
  • Production experience with containerized workloads.
  • Solid understanding of infrastructure as code, preferably Terraform, and configuration management.
  • Experience implementing observability practices, including metrics, logging, alerting and dashboards with tools such as Grafana, Datadog or similar.
  • Experience implementing least-privilege access, secrets management and CI/CD security controls in production environments.
  • Strong scripting or programming skills for automation.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally and influence engineering standards and practices.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with CI/CD in monorepos or complex multi-service build and release workflows.
  • Experience designing internal developer platforms or self-service engineering tooling.
  • Experience supporting regulated or security-conscious environments.
  • Familiarity with security best practices and compliance standards.
