Growth Planning Department
The position is with the Growth Planning Department. The office is located in the City of Umatilla.
This position is an integral part of Lake County Schools’ facility planning process, coordinating with the County and our local governments to review and monitor development and working with the residential development community on agreements that address the impacts of new residential units on our schools. Other planning functions that the Senior Planner will have the opportunity to engage in are real estate transactions, capital planning, enrollment projections, impact fees, attendance boundary adjustments, and school programming, among others.

Starting salary for new or returning hires is commensurate with relevant education and experience.
