Job Description
Growth Pediatric Therapy is looking for a Pediatric Occupational Therapist to join our growing team in the East Valley.
This is a flexible 1099 OR W2 position that can be part-time or full-time depending on what you are looking for. You choose the days and hours you want to work and have the ability to build a caseload around your schedule.
Whether you want just a few clients each week, a consistent part-time schedule, or a full-time caseload, we are open to creating a position that works for you.
We are a locally owned pediatric therapy practice and want our therapists to have the flexibility and independence that comes with contract work while still being part of a supportive pediatric team.

Responsibilities
- Provide pediatric occupational therapy evaluations and treatment
- Develop individualized treatment plans and functional goals
- Complete documentation in a timely manner
- Communicate with parents and caregivers regarding progress and recommendations
- Provide home strategies when appropriate
- Collaborate with SLPs and other members of the child’s care team
- Maintain appropriate professional and ethical standards
- Independently manage your schedule and caseload
Patient Population
Our therapists work with children with a variety of needs, including:
- Autism Spectrum Disorder
- Developmental delays
- Fine motor delays
- Sensory processing needs
- Self-care and activities of daily living
- Emotional and sensory regulation
- Visual motor and visual perceptual skills
- Coordination and motor planning
- Feeding-related needs, depending on therapist experience
Qualifications
Required:
- Master’s or Doctoral degree in Occupational Therapy
- Current Arizona Occupational Therapy license
- Professional liability insurance if choosing 1099 option
- Ability to work independently as a 1099 contractor
- Strong communication and documentation skills
- Interest in working with pediatric clients
Preferred:
- Comfortable collaborating with families and other providers
Newer therapists with a strong interest in pediatrics are also encouraged to apply.
Schedule
You create your schedule.
This position can be part-time or full-time depending on your availability and the caseload you would like to maintain.
You may choose to work:
- A few clients per week
- 1–2 days per week
- Mornings only
- After-school hours only
- Several days per week
- A consistent part-time caseload
- A full-time caseload
We provide flexibility while looking for therapists who can maintain consistency with the clients they choose to take on.
