Your Background: You are a high-end residential landscape design professional with a passion for design, horticulture, field execution and:
- 5 – 10 years experience landscape design, client presentations, estimating, and construction plans
- 4 yr degree in Landscape Architecture, Horticulture, or related with strong horticultural expertise.
- Experienced in client relationships, field installation coordination, estimating (LMN/Leanscaper), and illustration software, AutoCAD a plus.

What You’ll Do:
As Head of Landscape Design & Horticulture you will lead all aspects of high-end residential landscape design and horticulture execution.
- Lead landscape design from concept through construction-ready plans and renderings.
- Internal horticulture expert and trusted client advisor.
- Support estimating, project coordination, team development, and process refinement.
