Performance Marketing Specialist

Growth Experts LLC is looking for a Performance Marketing Specialist for a remote contractor role working West Coast hours, on an approximately one-month contract starting immediately. This is a hands-on execution role focused on building and managing paid media campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, Reddit, and LinkedIn for a roster of B2B/SaaS clients. You will own daily campaign builds and optimizations, working with limited oversight to take a defined scope and run with it. This is not a client-facing or strategist role; the focus is on precise, high-standard execution in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Build, launch, and manage paid media campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, Reddit, and LinkedIn for a roster of B2B/SaaS clients
• Execute campaign builds at the account, campaign, ad group/ad set, and creative levels
• Optimize live campaigns when needed (bid and budget adjustments, negative keywords, audience refinements) against growth and efficiency targets.
• Work with limited oversight, taking a defined scope and running with it while flagging questions early.
• Make quick, sound decisions in a fast-moving environment and keep work moving without heavy hand-holding.
• Contribute to ad hoc build and launch tasks as needed, executing everything to a high standard.

Qualifications

• 2 years of professional experience in performance marketing or digital marketing in an agency or high-growth environment.
• Experience working with B2B / SaaS clients or products.
• Hands-on proficiency setting up and managing campaigns across multiple ad platforms including, but not limited to, Meta, Google Ads, Reddit, and LinkedIn
• Comfortable using AI tools (e.g. Claude, Granola) in day-to-day work.
• Strong multitasker who can make decisions quickly and thrive in a fast pace environment
• Attention to detail is a must.
• GAds Certifications (Nice to have)

This contractor position pays $50/hour at roughly 20–30 hours per week. It's an approximately one-month contract starting immediately.
